UNJANK AI

FAQ

Questions a small-business owner should be able to ask without feeling technical.

You do not need to understand the machinery before you can ask for help with it.

I am not technical. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Explain what is happening in normal business language: what feels old, what is broken, what is wasting time, or what you want to improve. Figuring out the technical side is part of the work.

How do I know which service I need?

You do not have to decide first. Digital Modernization for Very Small Businesses covers website and online-presence modernization, Automation & AI covers broken or useful new workflows, and Lead Generation covers prospect research. If the problem overlaps, tell us the problem and we will sort out the sensible lane.

Do you replace everything I already have?

No. We prefer to keep useful working pieces where that makes sense. Modernizing a business does not require unnecessary demolition.

Can you work with an old Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or WordPress setup?

Yes. Those kinds of legacy setups are common starting points for digital modernization. The current system is treated as the real baseline. We inspect what should stay, what should move, and how to avoid a reckless cutover.

Do I have to give you access to everything up front?

No. Start with enough information for us to understand the problem. If access is needed later, we prefer the narrow legitimate account permissions or manager access relevant to the approved work instead of collecting unnecessary passwords or secrets.

What happens before work starts?

We review the current situation, figure out what appears to need fixing, and explain the proposed scope. Binding scope and pricing require human review and agreement before consequential work proceeds.

Is this one-time work or ongoing?

Much of the work can be one-time modernization, repair, setup, research, or build work. Ongoing monitoring or management is separate when it is actually useful and deliberately included.

What do I own when the work is finished?

Ownership and access should be clear rather than hidden behind unnecessary lock-in. The exact arrangement depends on the service and approved scope, and we prefer understandable, transferable client-owned production infrastructure where practical.

Can you fix something small without rebuilding everything?

Yes. Automation & AI starts by diagnosing the actual failure. If a narrow repair solves the problem, a giant rebuild is not automatically better.

What if my problem does not fit neatly into one service?

That is normal. The three lanes are there to make the business understandable, not to force artificial boundaries onto real problems. Start with what is getting in the way.

Still unsure?

Send the messy version.
